Shipping policy

In-Person Order Collection

Simply select the Studio Collection option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Collection details, including the address and available times, will be provided via email once your order has been processed.

National Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfilment of orders and another 2-4 business days for delivery in South Africa. Shipping is free within South Africa. Please allow standard delivery times depending on your location.

Shipping Partner

Once your order ships from our studio, you will receive an email with tracking information.

AARD Ceramics Studio is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. We will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our studio due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal.

International Shipping

Please get in touch should you wish to arrange international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated for each international request.
