RETURN POLICY

 

It is important to us that you are happy with your order. If you are not 100% happy with the items received, please contact us within 2 working days upon receipt of goods. Please provide us with your reason for return and proof of purchase. We will then send you instructions on how to safely ship the items back to us.

  • Return shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please ensure the items are adequately wrapped in protective wrapping. We are not responsible for any damages, loss or theft that occurs during the return shipment of your order.
  • Your order will only be eligible for an exchange, voucher or refund, if the items are returned to us in the exact same condition as they left the studio. Like new. No returns will be accepted if there is damage to an item.
  • Please note that once-off ceramics are sold as final sale items and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Please review product details and images carefully before purchasing.
  • Once the item has been returned to us, inspected and approved, we will email you to inform you of the next steps. We endeavour to resolve all returns within 10 business days from the date that your order is returned to our studio.
  • Eligibility for returns remains at the discretion of AARD Ceramic Studio.

 

 

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

 

All orders undergo quality checks and are sent in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging your order as safely as possible. However, we cannot control the handling of the item once it leaves the studio. We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery.

 

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged item, thus, in the unfortunate event of damage or breakage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged items, the packaging materials, and the shipping label. Please do not throw away the contents of the box until your complaint has been completed. After 48 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.

 

We reserve the right to issue refunds/exchanges/returns on the basis of breakages at our discretion.
